About Us
Our company is a well-equipped manufacturing facility for producing precision punched components; with in house tool-room equipped with CNC EDM wire-cut machine. The products are required in almost all types of industries. The major users are electrical, electronic, automobile & machinery manufacturing industries.
We offer total services from tool development to mass production with finishing such as Electro Zinc, Electro Tin, Nickel, Chrome, Anodizing, etc. All our products are supplied with export quality packing.
Since July 2008, we have added CNC turning & CNC machining capabilities with addition of,
- HAAS Make CNC Vertical Machining Center Model VF-2 and
- HAAS Make CNC Turning Center Model SL-10.

Our Infrastructure
Our manufacturing unit is centrally located in Thane city [16 Miles from Mumbai Port India] in RCC building with ample space for expansion if the need arises. The workshop area is spread at 4,500 sq. ft, ground floor in secured premises. We have sufficient uninterrupted power with 25 KVA generator backup.
The company, managed by the Ukarde family members who has been in sheet metal business since 1986.
We manufacture punched components such as Clamps, Brackets, Gland Washers, Terminals, Contact Assemblies, Current Bars, Links, Spring Clips, etc. up to 50 tonnes pressing capacity. With the help of in-house tool-room with CNC EDM wire cut machine, we can develop better quality products with less lead time.
With the existing set-up, we can manufacture around 300 thousand components/per month with an average 5 operations per piece.
We offer quick responses and prompt delivery with each order. We aim to become a professionally managed service provider by achieving total customer satisfaction & providing all the engineering services under one single roof.

A step by step process inspection [from 1st stage] is maintained to achieve 0% rejection. We are proud to inform you that we have maintained 0% sales rejections in our manufactured products since inception.
